Wallem Peleka signs his first professional contract with Paris Saint-Germain Handball

Paris Saint-Germain Handball is delighted to announce that Wallem Peleka has signed his first professional contract with the capital club. The left-back, a product of the Rouge & Bleu youth academy, is now tied to the Club through 30 June 2027.

Wallem Peleka was born on 22 January 2002 in Stains, Seine-Saint-Denis, where he discovered handball at the age of 12. In 2018, the left-back joined Paris Saint-Germain Handball's under-18 team before being integrated into the club's youth academy two years later.

The French U21 international made his first appearance in the professional squad in February 2022, in the Liqui Moly Starligue Round 13 trip to Saran (one goal). Since then, he has made 22 league appearances (teams goals) and 15 EHF Champions League appearances for Les Rouge & Bleu.

Last summer, Wallem Peleka won the Clairefontaine trophy for the Paris Saint-Germain Handball player who has excelled in both the sporting and academic domains.

With France, the Parisian was voted best player of the Mediterranean Games in 2019, before winning the TIBY Handball tournament two years later.
