#PSGENGAGÉ - NIVEA MEN JOINS PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN PLAYERS TO SUPPORT HEALTHCARE STAFF AT GREATER PARIS UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS

Paris Saint-Germain’s official partner Nivea Men is joining the Club’s #PSGengagé solidarity campaign, supporting healthcare staff at Greater Paris University Hospitals and the most vulnerable.

The Club and Nivea Men have created a special Clap For Carers during the lockdown with Parisians applauding healthcare personnel from Paris Hospitals and calling for donations via the online platform set up last week by the Club on PSG.FR. The video launched today on social media with the hashtag #PSGENGAGÉ features Paris Saint-Germain players Grace Geyoro, Irene Paredes, Nadia Nadim, Neymar Jr, Marco Verratti, Angel Di Maria and Presnel Kimpembe, Laure Boulleau as Paris Saint-Germain former player, as well as Parisian artist fefe alongside creative talents such as @ulap, @trobrillant, @alireza and @virginiedarbon.

Paris Saint-Germain will also distribute 30,000 boxes of blue moisturizing cream donated by Nivea Men to carers at Paris Hospitals. The inscription "Thank you" will be emblazoned on the boxes as part of the club’s campaign with Greater Paris University Hospitals.

Marc Armstrong, Paris Saint-Germain’s Chief Partnerships Officer said: “We’re very grateful to our partner Nivea Men for joining the solidarity campaign set up by the Club. Paris Saint-Germain’s family is really swinging into action to help those on the front line every day. We are in daily contact with the Greater Paris University Hospitals, and we hope the video will give them and all our supporters some comfort in these difficult times”.

Morgan Jouot, Nivea Men’s Marketing and Communications Director added: “We are very pleased to take part in this campaign alongside Paris Saint-Germain to encourage everyone to get involved on PSG.fr. We can raise awareness by joining forces to bring real support to those who are working during this time of crisis.”

#PSGengagé is the solidarity campaign launched by the Club, and now the Parc des Princes is also playing its role. The stadium itself has been displaying messages of support on its façade from the Paris Saint-Germain family to  healthcare staff and to those involved while 60 volunteers from Street Food on the Move are busy delivering up to 1,200 free meals every day by food truck to the Greater Paris University Hospitals. The Action Against Hunger charity are also making hygiene kits and health equipment at the Parc des Princes for the most vulnerable people in France.
