See you at Accor Arena for the final league game of the season

Paris Saint-Germain Handball will be playing their last match of the Liqui Moly Starligue season at the Accor Arena on Friday 31 May 2024. It will be a major first for the Paris-based club and a historic occasion for Nikola Karabatic.

For the first time in their history, Les Rouge et Bleu will be playing at the Accor Arena in Paris, on Friday 31 May 2024 at 20:45. The Parisians will take on Pays d'Aix Université Club Handball as part of the league's 30th and final round.

This match will be an opportunity to celebrate Nikola Karabatic's final appearance in the league. The three-time Olympic gold medallist and four-time world and European champion will call time on his career at the end of the season.

The Accor Arena, famous for hosting some of the world's greatest sporting events, will be decked out in the colours of Paris Saint-Germain as the Liqui Moly Starligue season draws to a close. Luka Karabatic's team-mates are currently top of the table.

"Nikola Karabatic will forever be one of the historic figures in the PSG Family and in French sport. The legacy he will leave at the end of his career is immense, and he will continue to inspire generations of sportsmen and women, both French and foreign. There is no better way than this final game at the Accor Arena to celebrate his achievements and pay tribute to him."

Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, Chairman of Paris Saint-Germain

"We are delighted to announce that Paris Saint-Germain Handball will be holding a match at the Accor Arena. This is a project that our teams have been working on for several months, which will mark the history of our Club and bring our supporters together in a legendary venue for French sport.

This kind of organisational effort is the perfect illustration of our desire to innovate in order to boost the development of our handball section and contribute to the development of the sport.

This major event will be an opportunity to pay tribute to Nikola Karabatic, who will be playing his last match in front of the Parisian public before bowing out after nine seasons in the Rouge et Bleu shirt. It will be a fitting tribute to the legend he has become over the course of his career."
