Nicole Payne moves to Portland Thorns FC

The Nigerian defender, who has been on loan with an option to buy to the American club since January, is joining Portland Thorns FC on a permanent transfer.

Nicole Payne joined Paris Saint-Germain from the University of Southern California in July 2023.

On loan since January, Nicole played 6 games with Portland. The defender joins the Oregon club on a permanent transfer, following the activation of her option to buy.

The Club wishes Nicole every success for the rest of her career.
