Ferran Solé signs for Paris Saint-Germain Handball through to 2023
Paris Saint-Germain Handball is pleased to announce the signing of Ferran Solé for the 2020-2021 season. The Spanish right-winger will be linked to the Club for three years, until June 30th 2023.
After ten years at BM Granollers including five as a professional player, Ferran Solé joined Fénix Toulouse Handball in the summer of 2016, where he will play for another season before becoming a Paris Saint-Germain player.
With the Spanish team, the 26-year-old left-hander was named the best right-winger of the 2019 World Championship and the best right-winger of the 2018 European Championship, a competition he won with the Iberian nation.
"It is an honour to be working in Paris," said Ferran Solé, after signing his contract. "I will have the opportunity to play in the Champions League fro the first time and to play under Raul Gonzalez, one of the best coaches in the world. The club is ambitious for the coming seasons. With the quality of the team, he shows his determination to remain at the highest level and to continue to play a leading role in all competitions."

"He is a young player who has made good progress, especially in Toulouse, becoming a rising star in international handball. He will take a new step forward in Paris, where his adaptation will be facilitated by the presence of Raul Gonzalez at the head of the team."
