The eighteen-year-old goalkeeper has signed his first professional contract with Paris Saint-Germain through to 30 June 2024.

Born in the Paris suburb of Clamart, Mathyas joined the Club's youth academy in 2016 from Paris FC. The young shot-stopper progressed through the ranks of Paris Saint-Germain’s U17s and then the U19s, making 12 appearances.

Last season he joined the senior squad and was called up several times for the first team as a third-choice goalkeeper.
