Vimoj Muntu Wa Mungu joins Torino FC on loan
Left-back Vimoj Muntu Wa Mungu is set to spend the upcoming season on loan at Serie A side Torino FC with an option to buy.
Muntu Wa Mungu started out in football aged six at French lower-league outfit FC Melun. The Fontainebleau native has been a Paris Saint-Germain player since 2018, firstly as part of the club’s pre-academy, then as a player for its senior academy.
The defender signed his first professional contract with Les Rouge et Bleu in June 2022.
Last season, Muntu Wa Mungu made 29 appearances for Paris in the Championnat U19, scoring two goals and providing eight assists, as well as featuring seven times in the UEFA Youth League, notching up two assists.
Paris Saint-Germain would like to wish Vimoj all the best for the season ahead with his new club.
