Paris Saint-Germain and ALL - Accor Live Limitless engage local community with best in class football Academy sessions to Chinese youngsters

During the second week of the Paris Saint-Germain China Tour 2019 presented by ALL- Accor Live Limitless, the Club’s new principal partner teamed up with Paris Saint-Germain Academy to deliver three high quality football classes to 100 Chinese football-loving youngsters in Shenzhen.

The academy sessions present a unique opportunity to highlight how Paris Saint-Germain and Accor bring to its fans and members unique, memorable and ‘money-cannot-buy’ experiences. It is a perfect example of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity offered by the club and its principal partner to all kids and young football lovers to explore not only skills and culture of football, but the spirit of sport that creates passion and unites people and communities.

Present all-year round in 14 countries worldwide, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy is internationally recognised for having some of the best coaching staff and unique know-how in developing children’s football abilities at all levels. It uses the club’s traditional coaching methods and is open to all skill levels.

We see support from Shenzhen-based organisations for the academy sessions. These organisations include: The Parkland Foundation, Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Returnees Association, and Shenzhen International Culture Industry Park.

On July 30 morning - The Parkland Foundation recruited over 20 kids aged between 8-11 years old to take part in the session. The Parkland Foundation has been participating and promoting the development of social public welfare undertakings in various ways, such as medical, technology, children education, environment protection and other social public welfare fields.

On July 30 afternoon - The Shenzhen International Culture Industry Park and Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Returnees Association have been dedicated a session for over 20 kids aged from 8-11 through their members.

The Shenzhen International Cultural Industry Park gathers more than 60 outstanding enterprises and the team of the Industrial Park has established close cooperation with many local associations, which provide a variety of cooperation channels for companies who registered as a member of the Industrial Park.

The Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Returnees Association is formed to group youngsters who return to Shenzhen from overseas countries as it has a very broad mix of members coming from different professions and walks of life.

The session on August 1 recruited 20 teenagers aged between 12-15 years old through Accor hotel owning company partners. Each of the three sessions lasted for two hours and included experiences with open training and interaction with the players for the last session.

Opened in 2005, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy offers thousands of children, in France and around the world, the chance to play football in one of its permanent schools or holiday camps.
